Shipping is free for all your purchases from Popandsandy.com. It will be sent to the registered delivery address of the order within 7 business days via Yurtiçi Kargo. Don't forget to check your shipping address before placing your order.

Return

If you want to return the products you purchased, we expect you to contact us via email first. You can send the product/products via courier together with the original invoice, provided that they are unused and within 14 days from the date of receipt. If you want to send it back via Yurtiçi Kargo, Company Code: 619159249. In any case, return costs belong to the buyer. Refunds cannot be made for used, damaged, uninvoiced, expired product(s) and products that are not within the scope of return (e.g. jewellery). In these cases, the product(s) will be sent back with shipping costs paid.

The products that reach us are examined for compliance with our return policy. If the product(s) are eligible for return, we forward the refund request to your bank within 10 business days at the latest. Pop + Sandy does not have any right to interfere with your bank regarding the process of the bank reflecting this transaction to your account.
